What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days.

How can I return my purchase?
Items can be returned in-store or shipped back at your own expense. We recommend using registered mail with insurance and a tracking number. Returns without delivery confirmation will not be processed.

What is the process after my return arrives?
All returns go through quality control. Items showing wear or marked 'ALL SALES FINAL' cannot be returned. Processing may take up to 7–10 business days.
Am I able to exchange an item?
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for defective items only. Many items are one-of-a-kind, so store credit may be issued. Custom items and gemstones are excluded.
Are there items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Custom and personalized items, altered jewelry (e.g., resizing or upgrades), and gemstones are final sale.
